IO SUITES
Io Suites is a modern and comfortable condo hotel located in Petralona, centeral Athens. It hosts ten fully equipped apartments of bespoke interior design and a common use gym. Insite E.P.M. was assigned to deliver a full building renovation, after the study of the project. Using innovative materials, the team of experts redesigned the floor layouts in order to create a unique living experience to the guests. The rational behind is based on the idea that a well-designed home is more attractive on booking platforms and at the same time the guests have the most enjoyable time from the moment they enter the door. The renovation took place in 2022 and the hotel started operating in January 2023!
